রাসূল (স.) আমাদেরকে আইয়ামে বীয বা চন্দ্র মাসের ১৩, ১৪ ও ১৫ তারিখে রোযা রাখার নির্দেশ দিতেন এবং বলেছেন, এই রোযার মর্যাদা সারা বছর রোযা রাখার সমতুল্য। (আবু দাউদ-২৪৪১)
